IBM® Service Agility Accelerator for Cloud is an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) offering that delivers computer infrastructure as a service by providing on-demand access to virtual machines and storage in the network. This 6 hour Self Paced Virtual Class includes slide lectures and solution demonstrations addressing the IBM Service Agility Accelerator Solution Architectural Overview, Installation and configuration, Operations and Administration tasks and troubleshooting.

Self-Paced Virtual Class (SPVC) Objectives:
• Describe the architecture and the components of the IBM Service Agility Accelerator Solution and the solution's position in the IBM Tivoli Cloud Strategy.
• Install and configure the IBM Service Agility Accelerator Solution.
• Perform IBM Service Agility Accelerator Solution user functions using GUI and CLI.
• Administer and troubleshoot the IBM Service Agility Accelerator Solution.

SPVC Prerequisite skills:
Before taking this SPVC you should have the following skills:
• Basic Linux skills
• Basic understanding of computing cloud concepts

Use your web browser to access this URL: http://eb90.elearn.ihost.com/wps/portal/tivoli
• If this is your first time logging in to Learner Portal: Click the Self-Register With An Access Code link and enter: ISAAC. Then follow the instructions to create your Learner Portal account. If you have an ibm.com account, you should enter that username and password. Otherwise, enter your email address and create a new password. Return to the IBM Learner Portal Sign In page, and then sign in using your userid and your password.
• If you have logged in to Learner Portal before: Sign in using your username and password. Click the Preferences tab and then Apply Access Code and enter: ISAAC.

II. Navigate to the My Enrollments tab. If not already selected, click the radio button located next to IBM Service Agility Accelerator for Cloud 1.1 Self Paced Virtual Class (EV053BP). The screen will refresh with course information on the right side.
